Their shared mission is to transform the lives of children and adults through community programs. Over 30 volunteers purchase, bag and deliver kits of non-perishable items as well as feminine hygiene products to clients of the Park-it Market from Anderson, Rosemary, and the Moreland School District offices.
When the mobile food pantry provides food to those in need, Assistance League provides a choice of kits of cleaning, paper, personal or household products as well as feminine hygiene products. The Saratoga Book-Go-Round provides a collection of slightly used books for children. When the Park-it Market distributes food to DeAnza College students, Assistance League distributes kits of non-perishable items appropriate for a college student. This year 2023-2024, we have distributed 800 kits to families and students!
