We are your friends and neighbors. We provide positive assistance to our local community by putting our caring and commitment into action as volunteers of Assistance League of Los Gatos-Saratoga.
Last year our 110 local dedicated member volunteers, including Assisteens® auxiliary, touched lives in Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell and San Jose through philanthropic programs designed to help improve the lives of school children, seniors and young mothers. Our accomplishments last year include:
15,000 volunteer service hours
13,000 client contacts
85% of funds used locally
In helping to transform lives, we find ourselves transformed. Shakespeare said “It is better to light one candle than curse the darkness.” Gail Hehir, President-Elect, comments that “Assistance League affords me opportunities to light that candle. I’m proud to be a member.”
Consider how you can help put caring and commitment into action locally and become a transformer of lives like your friends and neighbors who are members of Assistance League of Los Gatos-Saratoga. Learn about our philanthropic programs; join us or donate now!

“Assistance League of Los Gatos-Saratoga is one of the best kept secrets in our community. From providing nutritious meals and craft projects for seniors, to clothes and reading to children, Assistance League finds a way to help those in need. Thank you!
