Welcome to the Assistance League of Los Gatos-Saratoga's web site.
We appreciate your interest in our chapter
Our Chapter is one of 120 chapters of Assistance League, a national nonprofit organization
that puts caring and commitment into direct action through philanthropic programs in our local
communities.
Nationally, last year, 2.6 million service hours were given and 36 million dollars was spent in our
programs and 1.2 million people in need were helped through the work of our volunteers.
Our 134 members, including Assisteens through carefully designed programs helped improved
the lives of underserved school children, seniors and young mothers and their babies in our
community. 88% of funds raised last year were returned in our programs to those we serve.
18,500 volunteer hours provided over 16,000 client contacts.
We are a network of caring, talented women experiencing great satisfaction and joy meeting the
needs in our community. I am personally very proud to be a member.
Are you thinking about "giving back"? Please consider joining us and putting caring and
commitment into action. Contact us with any questions about membership or giving a donation
to help support our philanthropic programs.
Sincerely,
Barbara Muse, President
Assistance League of Los Gatos -Saratoga

“Assistance League of Los Gatos-Saratoga is one of the best kept secrets in our community. From providing nutritious meals and craft projects for seniors, to clothes and reading to children, Assistance League finds a way to help those in need. Thank you!
